Booking & Cancellation Terms
1. Booking
Bookings are made online through our booking provider, Regiondo, with instant confirmation, or by WhatsApp at +34 605 67 89 31. Your booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email from Regiondo.
2. Meeting point and punctuality
The meeting point is Puerto Banús, Pantalán 4, Berth 339, 29660 Marbella. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure so we can welcome you, brief you on safety and cast off on time.
For shared trips, the boat will not wait more than 5 minutes past the scheduled departure time out of respect for the other guests on board. Guests who arrive after that point are considered a no-show and are not entitled to a refund.
3. Cancellation by us (weather and safety)
We reserve the right to cancel any departure when sea or weather conditions put the boat or passengers at risk. The decision always belongs to our crew. In that case we offer to reschedule the trip and, if rescheduling is not possible, refund the amount paid in full.
4. Cancellation by the client
Private charters (whole-boat hire). If the customer cancels or does not show up on the day of departure, the following scale applies based on how far in advance of check-in the cancellation is made:
- More than 1 month before: no charge (0%).
- Between 1 month and 15 days before: 20% of the total.
- Between 15 and 7 days before: 50% of the total.
- Less than 7 days before, or no-show: 100% of the total.
If the booking was made less than one month before check-in, the scale applies proportionally from the booking date.
Shared trips (per-person tickets). Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Less than 24 hours before departure, no refund.
5. On board
- Skipper, fuel, drinks, snacks, snorkel gear and paddle boards are included on every trip.
- Guests must follow the skipper's instructions at all times.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Life jackets are provided for children.
- Smoking is not permitted on board.
6. Liability
Veleros Marbella holds the insurance required by Spanish maritime law for passenger transport. We are not liable for personal items lost on board or for delays caused by force majeure (weather, port authority decisions, traffic, etc.).
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Marbella, Málaga.
